Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ and ASQ-Social Emotional) is a free resource available for parents/caregivers to assess your child’s development.
We meet with you and your child to complete a questionnaire that focus' on:
- communication,
- gross and fine motor skills,
- problem-solving,
- personal and social skills and
- social/emotional development
Once completed, a Family Resource Network staff, reviews the questionnaire and provides activities to enhance development and/or make referrals to community agencies, if necessary.
