What is SPYC?
St. Paul Youth Council (SPYC) is an FCSS backed group of youth, led by youth, making real moves in our community. We're all about creating space for young voices, ideas, and action.
SPYC plans and hosts fun, meaningful events and activities for youth across St. Paul.
Whether you're into leadership, creativity, organizing, or just want to make new friends and try something new
— this is your place.
SPYC meets the 1st Sunday of the month,
Sept - June, from 4-5:30pm in the FCSS SPYC Room.

SPYC teams up with community partners to host awesome events and programs all year long — and we need volunteers like YOU to make it all happen!
Whether you're helping with setup, running activities, or cleanup, it's a great way to meet people, build connections, and see your community from a whole new perspective. By joining SPYC, you’ll also:
